An underworld scientist known as Spider shrinks Wonder Woman to the size of a flea. Wonder Woman then finds herself in a flea circus where the fleas have been trained to react to her as if she were a dangerous animal. She must find away to escape and return to her normal size.   Wonder Woman rescues a plane that wanders into a nuclear test only to be contaminated by radiation. While it cannot harm her she is now a danger to everyone around her.   When the governor's car and escort disappear Wonder Woman must investigate their disappearance and rescue the governor.
