After chasing a robber, Logan is attacked and held captive by Bloodscream and Roughouse. Bloodscream, who was treated by Roughouse after the last battle with Wolverine, revails that both are working for the Black Tarantula. Logan, manacled to the wall, can slip his handlocks. He confronts Bloodscream and Roughouse. After a fierce battle Bloodscream flees wounded while Roughouse surrenders to Wolverine. Now Logan realizes that he is not as strong as he was before and that it will be a hard way to become "the strongest there is" again.
