Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including --  "Fantastic Crimes of Dr. Durgan" , featuring  Captain Marvel :   Mr. Morris tells Billy that the theft of the fabulous Elban Crown Jewels could lead to war between the nation of Elba and the U.S. unless the jewels are recovered. Billy discovers an evil scientist that is shrinking innocent men to minute proportions and flying them in model planes to various areas to commit crimes. --   "The Hypno-Ray Affair" , featuring Spy Smasher :   After failing to steal the plans for the hypno-ray gun, the Mask puts a woman in disguise to look like Eve Corby in order steal them for him.  Instead, she learns of Admiral Corby's plans to test the gun at the Grand Canyon, which gives the Mask the opportunity he needs to get his hands on it! --   "The Wrath of Piang" , featuring Ibis the Invincible :   Taia has been kidnapped from the Plaza Hotel in Hollywood by renegade movie magnate Carl Brand, but Ibis and Tommy are close on their trail.  However, trouble is brewing in a nearby cave where the eccentric scholar of the black arts, Piang the Terrible, lurks. PLUS :  The Golden Arrow, Lance O'Casey, Dan Dare, and Doctor Voodoo!!
