Synopsis

NOTE:  While this is indeed the second issue of Whiz Comics, it was released as #3 and is now commonly referred to as #3A.  The third issue, also released as #3, is commonly referred to as #3B, then the numbering fixes itself with issue #4. A collection of comics and stories, including --  "Sivana Strikes Again!" , featuring Captain Marvel :   Sivana sends a note to the President of the United States, demanding that the President resign and allow him to become Emperor of the United States.  When the President refuses, Sivana declares war.  It's up to Billy Batson and Captain Marvel to prevent Sivana from destroying the country. --   "The Kidnapping of Taia" , featuring Ibis the Invincible :  Ibis must recover the stolen Ibisstick  from a lowly thief before his beloved Taia suffocates in her airtight display case. --  "...Unmasks" , featuring Spy Smasher :   The Mask sneaks into the Corby mansion and kidnaps Eve Corby.  Only the Spy Smasher can see to her safe return! PLUS : The Golden Arrow, Scoop Smith, Lance O'Casey, and Dan Dare!!
