"Brave Old World" - When Parnival Pluder stole the Savage land Terraformer for Thanos and used it in Manhatten, New York became the new Savage Land. Before Ka-zar and Shanna the She-Devil could stop Parnival, Parnival destroyed a medallion that would allow them to to stop the Terraformer and escape. As the Terraformer causes plant life to consume New York, the recently returned heroes were unable to stop the plant life, leaving villains free in the city filled with vegetation - The New Savage Land.
