Synopsis

As a captive of the Imperial Guard, Rick Jones is telepathically interrogated by Oracle to reveal the location of the hidden Kree outpost where he first met Captain Marvel. He is then enslaved by her mental control to lead them there so that they can steal the Kree Psyche-Magnetron technology for the Shi'ar Empire.Meanwhile, Captain America contacts the Avengers West Coast to help him find Rick since they are closer than the Avengers on the east coast. They manage to track Rick to the Kree outpost just as a Kree Sentry is activated by the Imperial Guard's intrusion. The Avengers are forced to fight both, which allows the Imperial Guard to escape with the stolen Kree technology. However, Captain America succeeds in rescuing Rick Jones.In space, Quasar pursues the Shi'ar starship until it makes a hyperspace jump, and he notices the strange solar flares that causes for Earth's sun.
