"The Appeal" Eternity petitions the Living Tribunal to reconsider the case of the Infinity Watch, attempting to show that they are too incompetent and disfunctional to be trusted with the Infinity Gems. After reviewing Gamora's, Pip's, Moondragon's, and Drax's backstories and speaking in vague terms about the Reality Gem's guardian, the Tribunal concludes that Warlock's choices were acceptable and Eternity is sent off forced to accept the current situation as it is.
