Synopsis

A new truancy officer has been catching any and every kid playing hooky after a fresh snowfall. Huey, Dewey and Louie take the risk and go sledding, only to be nabbed by the the truancy officer, who turns out to be uncle Donald. They escape their punishment and give Donald the run-around, but they can't escape the long arm of the law. Story two features Chip 'n' Dale in "Grandpa's Cane Caper." The family of chipmunks tries their hardest to find out what happened to grandpa's cane. Story three finds Mickey and Goofy uncovering a plot to scare Clarabell Cow into selling her land to gold prospectors in "Ghost Stage." The issue's final story centers around Huey, Dewey, Louie and Uncle Donald as they get wrapped up with Daisey in a sale at the department stores.
