Synopsis
Vigilante is mortally wounded and J. J. Davis steals the ambulance he was put in and tries to find the hospital to take care of him. He manages to get him in under an amused name and ditch the stolen ambulance. Meanwhile New York City Police Captain Arthur Hall starts a task force to find and capture the Vigilante.Also in Westchster county all the crime syndicates are put into a spot where they will be united under one boss. the Controller makes them an offer they can't refuse.
