The Concept: Enterprising young reporter Reggie Baxter has found the story of the century in Joe Campbell, a superhuman immortal with a "Good Samaritan" complex. Problem is, Joe wants to avoid the spotlight at all costs. Undaunted, Reggie comes up with a compromise: Joe will create a super-hero identity, and Reggie will document his activities.
