Having been teleported aboard a hurtling Shi'ar space cruiser, Beast, Rogue, Joseph, Gambit, Bishop and��Trish Tilby struggle to pilot the out of control craft.� Beast finally manages to do so, but then announces their path to the Shi'ar stargate must take them through an asteroid belt.� With Joseph using his magnetic power, they navigate the belt and reach the gate.�While back on Earth, the rest of the X-Men express concern for their missing teammates, the Shi'ar cruiser arrives at a destroyed Starstation.� Exploring the ruins, they find one survivor: Deathbird.
