Synopsis

Atalon uses his massive gravity-altering abilities to erect an island very close to Cuba. This event causes havoc all across the world, causing boats to capsize and shores to be struck by turbulent waves. Considering this move an act of war, the leaders of the world make plans for retaliation. The President of the United States of America sends Ultraforce to handle this for themselves. Ultraforce, without Prime who recently left, go directly to the new island to stop Atalon and his mad move for power. Hardcase immediately moves into his leadership role, sending orders to the members of Ultraforce. While Pixx, an electronics genius, tries to figure a way to dismantle the warheads, the rest of the team attacks Atalon and the Fire People. Atalon learns that Ghoul can speak to the dead and uses his power to bring Ghoul to him. While Ultraforce tries to save Ghoul, Pixx goes off to dismantle a solitary missle that was less loose from the stockpile. Prototype gets to the missile first and dismantles it, under the guidance of Pixx. The airships begin to falter because of Atalon's gravity and Prime shows up to save his teammates, making apologies for how he acted before. With the team reassembled, Hardcase states how they have to defeat Atalon immediately when a giant explosion occurs in the ocean.
