Synopsis

ILLEGAL Harry Osborn groggily awakes to see his mutated father Norman Osborn strangling Peter Parker, revealed to him as Spider-Man. Peter manages to break out of the grip and fires webbing at Osborn, and flips away. Harry starts to talk to his dad when Quatermain opens fire. Osborn throws a piece of the penthouse out the window, and Peter uses his webbing to stop it from crushing people below. Osborn attempts to attack Peter, but Harry takes a window bar and shoves it in Osborn's back. Osborn screams in pain and reverts to normal, and Harry faints. Quatermain's team descenders, and Nick Fury arrives to talk to Peter saying that Peter got lucky with Osborn over-injecting himself, causing him to go completely insane. Fury tells him not to tell anyone most of what happened, and that when Peter turns eighteen he will be S.H.I.E.L.D.'s as he is an illegal mutation. Peter angrily swings out the window to Mary Jane Watson and embraces her, Mary Jane panicking. Peter tells her that he has to hide what happened and cannot tell her, and they rest, exhausted.
