Synopsis

ULTIMATE CAPTAIN AMERICA PART 3 Steve Rogers is being held by Frank Simpson.   Frank begins the lessons of what really happened in Vietnam.  Frank tortures Rogers for days as he explains about the evil that the United States did during the Vietnam War.  Frank shows Steve how he used his own blood to give his villagers the Super-Soldier Serum.  He has Steve electrocuted with a car battery as he continues to explain about the Vietnam War.  He forces Steve to watch footage of children killed by napalm and agent orange.  He waterboards Steve.   Every time Steve thinks he escapes he is thrown back in the cell.   Two S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents are picked up trying to save Steve, both killed in front of Steve by Simpson.
