Synopsis

Part 1 of the 2-part 'Frenzy!' Picture it...it's 1966, and Web agent Mark Austin saves his fellow agents from the menace of Frenzy, a psychotic able to infect others with a telepathic insanity virus. Now, a quarter century later, Frenzy has escaped and Austin is brought out of retirement to fight him. The rest of the Web is upset about both developments.
