This the third in the three-comic 'mini-series' of the official 'Encyclopedia' to the Tick Universe. Each issue features 1 to 3-page long write-ups about various important characters who have appeared in Tick and Tick-related comics. Issue 3 covers events that happened after the 1&2 were published.
