Synopsis

There's peace on Earth and in the L5 colonies.  The Third World War ended in a farce when computer hackers sabotaged the Russian and American command systems before they could launch their missles. Greater India is the newest super-power.  Stores sell home genetic engineering kits.  The American President and Russian Premier are both sentient computers. Some things haven't changed though, crime, for instance. So who do you call if your pet dinosaur's been kidnapped or somebody is manufacturing unlicensed copies of your company's Marilyn Monroe sex robot? The Starlight Agency, naturally.
