A bumbling wizard accidentally releases an evil entity called the Dark Star into a world of elves, trolls, and dragons. Aliens observing this world are attacked by the Dark Star's minions, forcing the alien Lorcan to flee with the help of the elf Altor and the mysterious girl Aurelys.
