Fresh off their victory against The City Slicker, The Joes hear of an attack on the Atlanta DJ convention. The Average Joes DJ's have been hypnotized by the pint sized villain, Lil Buddy, who is using them to wreak havoc on the convention. The Joes must spring into action to save the convention patrons, as well as their DJ friends. But, is all this just a diversion for something more sinister? Colt Ford, The Lacs, Sarah Ross, Lenny Cooper, The Moonshine Bandits, DJKO, DJ Chopstiqs, DJ Cannon Banyon, DJ Crisis, DJ Sun all appear.
