Synopsis
When the Atomic Skull runs amok at S.T.A.R. Labs, it's up to Thunder and Lightning and Frances Kane to contain him.Thunder and Lightning are called to respond to a disturbance at STAR Labs. They encounter the Atomic Skull and Magenta. However, Both are being seen by a doctor to pacify their evil alter-egos. When the doctor offers to help Lightning with his fear of his own powers, Thunder realizes something is wrong.
