The life of a Veill hunter is difficult. To retrieve the treasures protected by the dragons, his timing must be perfect so that he might avoid being changed by the Veill, and get his reward without the other hunters getting there first. Hairin is one of these Veill hunters in search of riches, while trying to protect his niece who adores the dangerous lives of the beautiful adventurers, the Dragon Knights. When Mara, a young Dragon Knight comes to the region tracking a dragon, Hairin will go to the limits to protect his family.
