The Parasite is back in town, and he's got Superman's powers! With them, he's knocking over banks and running rampant through Metropolis. But while the name of the game is power and greed, Rudy plans on using his newfound fortunes for another purpose. Parasite pretends to be a parachuter and tricks Superman into saving him. In the process, Parasite steals most of Superman's powers. With Superman temporarily powerless Parasite goes on a rampage in Metropolis. This time, though, he decides to use his loot for a different purpose...
