Clark Kent is arrested by an evil Colonel trying to become dictator of the country of Voroda. THE UNTOLD STORY OF RED KRYPTONITE! Superman risks exposure to Red Kryptonite to save a submarine's crew. He then reflects on his past with Red Kryptonite and the random effects that it has on him.
