Story 1: The Super Soldiers Of The Slave-Maker. The Legion arrive on a planet that has a powerful bomb that was planted in its core. The residents of the planet do not want the Legion's intervention, even if they are made to be slaves by an intergalactic slave-master, because their interference would cause the bomb to explode. The Legion debate if they should just leave or help, but Phantom Girl makes their choice when she phases into the planet's core to dismantle the bomb. The Legion act as if they will be under the thrall of the slave master to buy Phantom Girl time to dismantle the bomb and the ruse succeeds. Story 2: Dream Girl's Living Nightmare. Dream Girl has a prophetic vision and the Legion try to prevent a murder.
