Synopsis

GRAND GUIGNOL, NEUVIEME PARTIE: HEROES REBORN, RENEWED... AND REMEMBERED As the heroes of Opal City plan their counter-attack against Culp, the new Spider has his first confrontation with the Shade.  And at the same time, an introspective Ted Knight recalls the one night when Ted's Golden Age girlfriend, Doris Lee, donned the costume of Starman and had an adventure alongside the original JSA. Despairing, ill and lying in a hospital bed while Opal City ticks towards destruction, the original Ted Knight remembers the time someone else wore the Starman colors.  And another wore the blue and yellow of Doctor Fate.  And on and on, when an entirely new but very familiar Justice League bands together to defeat evil.
