Synopsis
Nighthawk's plans enter their endgame as his double agents within the Squadron manage to steal the schematics for the behavior modification device. Using the plans, Master Menace is able to devise a way to reverse the brainwashing. Capturing several reformed members of the Institute of Evil, Nighthawk is pleased to learn that the device works. But once the behavior modifications are removed, will the reformed villains side with Nighthawk or the Squadron?
