Synopsis
Seph has lost his wings, but has his heart lifted when he is given the task of caring for a baby Dragon names Dandelion.King Ornoth explains how Rainier had gotten banished for trying to overthrow the crown, and how he suspected that Rainier was behind King Minas's sending his armies against King Ornoth.Rainier attacks King Minas's city. Vinn, having discovered that even King Minas had become infected, frees everyone from the "quarantine" in the prison. Grace, Dex, Faye, and Nala return to help fight Rainier. Graces goes head to head with Rainier.
