Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including -- "Mitch Mouldin " , featuring the Ray :   A violent and well-organized crime wave runs rampant throughout the Ray's hometown.  When a civilian and a couple of reporters get too close to the most recent crime, they quickly find themselves kidnapped.  Happy Terrill, investigating the case himself, discovers what has happened and leaps in to save the day as the Ray! -- "Liver-Lip McGaw" , featuring Midnight :   An extremely mean and ill-tempered mobster, Liver-Lip McGaw, has just killed off the last of his own stooges, and he's looking for more to recruit. He had wanted to shake down the Acme Motor factory, but now changes plans, and starts forcing the workers to sabotage their own plant, at night, lest he harm their families. -- "Sabotage at the Navy Yard" , featuring the Jester :   Detective Mulligan spots a guy sneaking into the Navy Yard with a stick of dynamite, then the Jester shows up and throws Mulligan in the river, telling the dynamite guy to leave. This is all the proof Mulligan needs to convince himself that the notorious vigilante is actually a crook himself. PLUS :  The Invisible Hood, Wings Wendall, Black X, Bozo the Robot, and more!!
