Morin is taking Denise to a place in Houma, Louisiana. It is here Denise is introduced to Annie Laronde, who is well aware of Voodoo and Denise's troubles.   Back on the Great Ark, Gabe and Amnel say goodbye to Ellie. The Silver Surfer is going to return her to her mother. But the satellites of Stewart Acheron are watching this time. He returns her, but outside is the army, waiting to take Ellie to be studied.
