Synopsis

"Termination" The Silver Surfer and Zeaklar are in a prison cell awaiting their sentence. The Surfer rebels once again but is subdued. Before the court, the Surfer's defense has been deactivated. He receives a unfair trial in which residents claim many lie against him. The jury reaches a decision and they are sentenced to death. They are taken to the termination platform. The Surfer believes they will be disintegrated. He always thought he would die in space, not like this. Zeaklar is awakened and seems optimistic about their sentence. The machine is activated and they are transported into space. But this cannot kill the Surfer and his power returns to him. Zeaklar reveals that this was his plan all along, and they have now escaped. The guards of the city arrive to take them back for alternate means of termination. The Surfer will not allow himself to be taken prisoner again and destroys them. He plans to go back to the city but Zeaklar tells him this will cause too much damage and innocents will be killed. The Surfer vows to return and takes Zeaklar home.
