Synopsis

The Surfer travels to New Atlantis to speak with Namor, in hopes he regain some memories and feelings. He is met by Kymaera and told that Namor is dead from the Onslaught events. She is now ruling Atlantis but does not allow her people to know about Namor's death to avoid a power struggle.  The Surfer returns to New York and is attacked by the creature Bounty. He has been sent by the Intergalactic Coalition to kill the Surfer. Although he has formidable equipment, the Surfer eventually defeats him. They both head back to the Karidian System to handle the Coalition.  The Surfer destroys the Coalition's doomsday device and peace is brought between the Coalition and the Karidians after a command change in the Coalition. The Surfer heads back to Earth.
