Synopsis
Mephisto is trying to come up with a way to steal the Silver Surfer's soul. He travels to a conjurer so he can access limbo. There he finds a ghost of Captain Joost Van Straaten who pledges himself to Mephisto. Mephisto then empowers him with the abilities to take on the Surfer and calls him the Flying Dutchman.Mephisto orders him to test his power on the conjurer, which he does and kills him. He then supplies the Dutchman with a flying pirate ship and he travels to find the Surfer. He begins to destroy a city when the Surfer finds him.
