That's when the Soviet Super Soldiers (last seen in Incredible Hulk #258-259) attack. Can even Rom stand against the mutant power of Darkstar, Mistress of the Darforce, Vanguard, the patriot hero of the people, and Major Ursus, able to transform into a mighty man-bear whose strength is legend.
