A building only holding high-level criminals and the Punisher has just fallen in on itself. Microchip and his ally Mickey Fondozzi are stuck on the streets, their transport surrounded by cops. When Microchip refuses to blow the truck and keep their cover (thus killing the cops) Mickey abandons him. Then things get worse from there.
