Small town Sheriff, Steve Southall, petitions the Punisher for assistance in protecting the town from the gang of gun-runners headed their way. The Punisher knocks him back, knowing that with what he's got planned, the lawman can't be a part of. As the Punisher puts his plan into action, the Sheriff heads out to intercept the gang before they reach the town.
