A city has been transformed to look like it's straight out of the 1890s! Plus, Elmer Body has the ability to change bodies with anyone-unfortunately for him, he chooses Woozy Winks. Then, Fargo Freddie falls into a volcano and meets a 500-year-old man who shows him how to turn into lava. As Lava Man, he slips out of Plastic Man's grip!
