Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including -- "Epidemic of Destruction" , featuring Uncle Sam :   An epidemic of destruction, suspicion, and treason spreads throughout America, with outrageous crimes and bloody riots everywhere. Fire and explosions destroy or damage all of the nation's arsenals except the one in Mammoth City, so Uncle Sam decides he's going to defend it. -- "The Rascelli Expose" , featuring Quicksilver :   A major metropolitan newspaper publishes a story about the Rascelli Mob. The Mob retaliates, sending four gunmen, late at night, to kidnap the editor right out of his office. Standing on top of a neon sign across the street, watching that office, is Quicksilver. PLUS :  Wonder Boy, Prop Powers, Paul Bunyan, Merlin, and more!!
