Synopsis

Shang-Chi was sent to Provence, South France,to rest, and there he met and fell in love for Luciane D'Hiver.  Lady Renée de Peyraud ask for Shang-Chi to protect her, once she is being treatened because some big Oil Company deals. After the night, with Shang-Chi standing guard outside her door, she awakes blind, poisoned. Next night, Shang-Chi stays inside her room, and is attacked by a machine scorpion, just like his father used to create. Meanwhile a robot fly attacks Lady Peyraud causing a heart attack. Shang-Chi had failed and is searching for the killer, when is attacked by Anton Paulve, just because of Luciane. The real killer shows up but is killed by Anton. At the end Shang-Chi discovers that it was actually Luciane herself who had attacked Lady Peyraud, and she is actually the villain Diadem, working for Oil Companies. She left Shang-Chi paralyzed and went away after a kiss.
