Synopsis

Ben and Alicia are engaged in a passionate smooch after the unhappy events of the last several issues, everything being mostly back to normal. Ben wants to head back to North America, but Alicia is determined to finish her vacation and visit Stonehenge. The two are soon piled into the car and on their way out into the country.  Stonehenge is completely unpopulated today, despite the full parking lot. Very shortly, however, four elemental demons appear, and threaten them, saying that they (Ben and Alicia) are two more outsiders for the demons to capture even though neither is the one Merlin has ordered them to seek. In any case, a fight breaks out, and we soon discover that Spider-Woman is here as well, having followed Ben and Alicia out to Stonehenge. In very short order, Ben and Spider-Woman are teleported into an underground cave, and the fight continues there, only stopping long enough for the demons to tell us that they were originally conjured by Merlin to seek a renegade apprentice of his, one that awoke only this year. Ben and Spider-Woman fight on, until a Thor-speaking guy in a cloak shows up and identifies himself as Modred the Mystic, the one whom the demons are seeking...
