Synopsis

"Friends Like These" Facing off with his longtime friend Spartan, Majestic tries to avoid conflict, but he is punched and knocked to another section of the state which actually makes him bleed. Majestic doesn't even have time to catch his breath before he's swarmed by legions of Spartan androids. He fights them off before being taken down by the upgraded Hadrian once again. Spartan teleports Majestic to a Daemonite 'Bleed Gate' where the aliens are systematically possessing every citizen on the planet, one city at a time. Hadrian also reveals that the Daemonites controlling Earth are from another dimension and got here courtesy of Majestic's trip through The Bleed. These other-dimensional Daemonites had the means to possess synthetic beings like Spartan which explains why he is working with them. The Bleed Gate is allowing the Daemonites to come through unhindered and continue their 'Progress of Possession'. After mocking Majestic, Hadrian orders several Daemonite spawn to possess him, but Majestic is able to reject them in a battle with his subconscious, while also learning that a Kheran Planet-Shaper Engine is on Earth and will be used to terraform the planet for the Daemonites. Majestic escapes and quickly finds the Planet-Shaper after flying for a few minutes. Spartan arrives once more, but this time Majestic is able to fight him off. Their battle continues inside the Planet-Shaper until Spartan is able to momentarily stun Majestic and throw his body into the Planet-Shaper's reactor.
