With grandmother “killed,” Magnus, Rai and 1-A work to find a way to bring her back to life as the invading alien force approaches and Rai seeks to save his son which brings him into a conflict with Magnus in “Invasion Part Five – The Ballad of East and West” and “Invasion Part Six – Small Sacrifice”Rai attacks the man he thinks killed Grandmother- - Magnus! But, Magnus shows him that an alien weapon felled Grandmother, so Rai departs to find his son in the chaos. When 1-A arrives, Magnus attempts a desperate plan to revive Grandmother by implanting 1-A's core within her body. The two Freewill minds combine, and Grand-One is born!...
