Synopsis
As the Legion continues against the Fatal Five and an assassination attempt, President Chu reveals herself as the mastermind behind the attack and several other negative incidents of the United Planets. Unfortunately for Chu, Cosmic Boy and the Legion Espionage Squad had been in the know and set up a sting. With Chu behind bars, Legion founder RJ Brande is elected the new president of the United Planets and the Legion draft is abolished. The Legion is now free to choose their own members.
