On Tharn, the seat of Mordru's power, the newly re-formed Legion arrives to rescue one of their own. But are they prepared to face Mordru's power, or will the Legion's rebirth be a prelude to its demise?The Earthgov, which is secretly being run by Dominators, hires Sun Boy to hire a private investigator named Celeste Rockfish to find out anything behind Roxxas, the man who killed the former Legionnaire known as Blok. While Sun Boy is merely a pawn, Earthgov intends for Celeste Rockfish to come up with nothing. Celeste, with her bodyguard named Bounty, travel to Trom to speak to Element Lad to see if he has any information regarding Roxxas. Meanwhile, the members trying to start up the Legion of Super-Heroes again travel to the Sorcerer's World to ask Mordru to release Mysa, the White Witch.
