Science continues to dismantle as magic takes its place in the galaxy. Sensor Girl, the Legion of Super-Heroes' newest leader, tries to find the origin of this event while her team tries to help the impending accidents occurring all over the planet. Sensor Girl uses her magical ability to speak to the dead to try to divine the source of the trouble, but the Eye of Ekron is able to stop her magical abilities as revenge for releasing the Emerald Empress.
