Synopsis
Lightning Lord, the brother of Lightning Lad and Light Lass, arrives at the Legion Headquarters looking for his brother, breaking his way in. When Lightning Lord realizes his brother isn't there, he is able to track him down to Medicus One, an orbiting medical facility. He demands to know where their sister is now that she has left the Legion, but Lightning Lad refuses to inform him so they get in a huge battle. Lightning Lad is able to defeat his brother when another threat arises in the form of Emerald Empress as she attacks some Legionnaires who are visiting Weber's World, the floating planetoid that offices of the United Planets.
