THE DOOMSDAY DECISION Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Flash, and Red Tornado are summoned to appear as defendants at the World Court of the United Nations when Ultraa, the super-hero from Earth-Prime, accuses them of violating his human rights. At the same time, ecological disasters and a plague of worldwide rioting are both linked to atmospheric disturbances detected by Batman from the satellite. All are unaware that the disturbances are being caused by an alien being, the Over-Complex, of whom Ultraa's attorney, Ernest Sloane, is actually a disguised portion. As the trial of the JLA members continues, Ultraa discovers Sloane's true identity, but the Over-Complex in turn finds out that Ultraa is aware of his plans.
