In New York, numerous fictional comic characters appear. Among them, Monkeyman and O’Brian fight against the two elfs, Skywise and Cytter. Nathan and Bethany had joined Danny and went to see Sandy Tolliver in her doctor’s office. At the same time, Sandy’s boyfriend, Garrison, cheats on her with a black woman. At this moment, Sandy tells to the 3 Next Men what she had created the black hair woman in order to test him. In the flat where Garrison is, the face of Sandy appears and the apartment explodes. Besides, in the doctor’s office, Dr Trogg goes in. A huge battle begins between differents comic characters like Blue Dahlia, Miss Demon and Action Maxx. The Next Men escape without Sandy who has disappeared. Outside, New York is upside down with numerous “superheroes” and police and military forces. Nathan is quite sure that Sandy is responsible of all this strange situation. Far from there, Mark IV saves Amanda Watson from the debris of the helicopter.
