As everyone thought horror had left London, Evil is back again... Spring, 1889. A few months have gone by since the events that bloodied Whitechapel. However, in Paris, a series of murders copy Jack's MO. While Abberline crosses the channel to capture the killer, Godley is approached about a new case:  a doctor found gutted in a room locked from the inside. Only clue: a manuscript. Two cases, two killers. Everything is linked, the Hypnos protocol is the key and Abberline will have to face the inevitable truth: he is Jack the Ripper.
