Kang kidnaps Hulk to the 41st centure, in order to use him to kill Phantom Eagle. Kang has to use Hulk because only him can pass through the Time Storm over the year of 1971, during World War I. Kang told Hulk that if he does that, Bruce Banner would be killed - and the Avengers would never team-up, because if Phantom Eagle was killed, Banner's grandparent would also be killed.At the end, Hulk stops the Phantom Eagle, but he himself destroys the cannon that would kill his grandfather, and the master plan of Kang fails again.
