Synopsis

Alex Garner Question: What happens if you piss off an 800 pound Gorilla? What if it's one that has 100 % full throttle use of his brain? Answer: Run like Hell! And then run a little faster! Famed neurologist and anthropologist Dr. Catherine Lim's Primate field lab in Africa is attacked by an elite band of ruthless poachers. All of her study group of chimps, apes and orangutans are stolen or killed, except one. The only survivor is her prize pupil, Bobo -- an 800 pound giant silverback ape. Triggered by the emotional strain of losing loved ones and the use of a secret ancient science, Bobo's brain capacity is opened up to its full 100% use. A giant ape with intelligence ? not quite animal, not quite human, but better than either. Follow Bobo's bloody trail of revenge from the jungles of Africa to the streets of New York as he seeks out the poachers who destroyed his home and struggles with a mind so powerful that it now equals the strength of his body. Written and created by popular comic writer Beau Smith (Star Wars Tales) and Hollywood screenwriter and actor Kevin Bernhardt (The Immortals and this year's Amazing Grace). These two creative minds combine to present a blockbuster Hollywood thriller in comic book form.
